The snack schedule that fills itself

The sign-up sheet nobody can find

Every season starts with a snack schedule: a paper sheet at the first practice, a shared spreadsheet, or a long reply-all. By week four nobody remembers whose turn it is, and the team parent is sending reminder texts on Friday night.

A snack slot on every game

SOXY adds a snack sign-up to each game. A parent taps "Sign up for snacks" and their child's name appears on that game for everyone to see. Tap again to release the slot if plans change.

The name shows up wherever the game does: on the schedule, on the game-day card on the home screen, and in the game's details. On Saturday morning there is no doubt about who is bringing the orange slices.

Assign and rotate

Prefer to hand out turns yourself? A coach or team parent can assign any player on the roster to a game. For the whole season at once, auto-assign walks through the roster and fills every empty game in turn, so each family gets an even share.

Optional, like snacks themselves

Not every team does snacks. One setting turns the feature off for your team, and every trace of it disappears.

How it works

1. Games appear on the schedule with an empty snack slot.
2. Families sign up, or the coach assigns players.
3. Use auto-assign to fill the remaining games in rotation.
4. Everyone sees who has snacks on each game.
