One schedule for every game and practice
Games, practices and team events on a single timeline that every family can see, with the details parents actually ask about.
The soccer schedule your whole team can trust
Most teams run their season from three places at once: the league website, a spreadsheet the coach made in August, and a group text where the real changes get announced. SOXY puts the schedule in one place and keeps it current, so "what time is the game?" stops being a weekly question.
Every game and practice sits on one timeline with its date, start and end time, field and opponent. Past games keep their score, so the schedule doubles as your season record.
Everything a parent needs for game day
- Directions. Tap the field to open it in Apple Maps or Google Maps.
- Weather. A forecast for kick-off time at that field, so families know whether to pack sunscreen or a jacket.
- Jersey colour and home or away. Coaches can set which kit to bring for each game.
- Scores. Enter the result after the game, or let it arrive from your league if you use MatchTrak.
When plans change
Rain-outs and field swaps are part of youth soccer. A coach can mark a game cancelled or postponed, or edit the time and place, and SOXY tells the team with a notification. The schedule shows the new status straight away, so nobody drives to an empty field.
Practices that repeat every week can be added once as a recurring event, and coaches can set a reminder to go out before any event.
In your own calendar too
Each team has a calendar feed. Subscribe to it once in Apple Calendar or Google Calendar and your soccer schedule appears next to the rest of family life, updating itself when the coach makes a change.
How it works
- Create your team in SOXY, or join one with an invite link.
- Add games and practices by hand, or connect a MatchTrak team to import the league schedule.
- Share the invite link with your families.
- Edit, cancel or postpone events as the season goes; everyone is notified.

Questions
Can I import my league schedule?
If your league publishes schedules on MatchTrak, yes: connect your team and games, results and standings are pulled in and kept up to date. Otherwise, add games and practices yourself; it takes a few seconds each.
Can parents add the soccer schedule to their phone calendar?
Yes. Every team has a calendar feed that works with Apple Calendar and Google Calendar. Subscribe once and changes made by the coach appear automatically.
What happens when a game is cancelled?
The coach marks the game cancelled or postponed. The schedule shows the new status and the team is notified, so families find out without anyone having to send a separate message.
Does the schedule show practices as well as games?
Yes. Games, friendlies, practices and other team events all appear on the same timeline, each with its own colour so they are easy to tell apart.
